STRICT RETURN POLICY – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL – Returns are ONLY accepted for products that arrive damaged during shipping. We do not accept returns for any other reason.

We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect size or color selection
  • Product not meeting your expectations
  • Style or design preferences
  • Product incompatibility
  • Late delivery complaints
  • Items you no longer want or need

No exceptions will be made to this policy.


Damaged Item Returns ONLY

Eligibility

Returns are ONLY accepted for items that arrive damaged during shipping. This includes:

  • Products broken or cracked during transit
  • Items with shipping-related damage to packaging that affects the product
  • Products that arrive in non-functional condition due to shipping damage

Time Limit

You have exactly 7 days from the date of delivery to report damaged items. After 7 days, no returns will be accepted under any circumstances.

Required Documentation

To return a damaged item, you MUST provide:

  1. Clear photographs showing all damage to the product
  2. Photos of the packaging to document shipping damage
  3. Your order number and delivery confirmation
  4. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with all required documentation

Without proper photographic evidence, returns will not be processed.

  • Email us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include all required photos and order information
  • Describe the damage in detail

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

  • DO NOT send anything back without our authorization
  • We will review your photos and documentation
  • Returns without prior authorization will be refused and returned to sender

Step 3: Return the Item

  • Package the item securely in original packaging
  • Include all original contents and accessories
  • Ship using a trackable method
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs

Step 4: Processing

  • We will inspect the returned item upon receipt
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after inspection
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • You pay return shipping costs for all returns, including damaged items
  • Items must be returned in original packaging with all contents
  • You must provide tracking information for returned items
  • Items lost in return shipping are your responsibility

Refund Information

  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item
  • Refunds will appear on your original payment method within 3-5 business days after processing

Refund Amount

  • Full product refund (minus original shipping costs)
  • Return shipping costs are not refunded
  • Any payment processing fees are not refunded
